RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase, but we also understand that there may be a reason to return or exchange an item. You may return most new and unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or merchandise exchange, with proof of purchase. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment.  Please note that all shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. All returns will be subject to the actual Return Shipping Fee which can vary depending on the location of the return and typically range from $30-$100 for small items that are able to ship via FedEx/UPS and $100-$250 for larger items that have to ship with specialized LTL carriers.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT


-Please contact contact@casadpiedra.com to arrange your return.
-To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand with all original product inserts.
-Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original shipping package.
-We will contact you to complete the return.


If your item is marked as FINAL SALE (identified by a price ending in $0.99) or is a Special Order, it is not eligible for return.

Oversize/White Glove Returns: If your item was marked as oversize or white glove, please contact support@casadpiedra.com to arrange your return. Due to the size of these items, we are unable to issue ground return labels. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a 25% restocking fee from the original product price.

 

Return requests will only be accepted within 14 days of the delivery.


If your order was damaged or you received an incorrect item, please be sure to note this on the delivery receipt. We must be contacted within 48 hours of your delivery to process your damage claim.

The returned merchandise will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we’ve determined that the product is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund minus the return shipping fees.

Please note that depending on your card issuer’s policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement.
